Container Sizes

Different container sizes helps out in transferring complex cargos, sizes of containers which are different in volume & weight and numbers of cargo containers in India are also increasing. Consignments are lifted according to the size of containers. Generally there are around two type of container sizes in demand which are 20 feet container & 40 feet container. Delhi boost of having one of the largest Dry Ports (ICD’s and CFS) for storing cargo containers in India. There are number of container companies having different sizes of cargo containers which may differ according to container dimensions. The size of containers are chosen according to the cargo size hence there is no problem in booking the container for shipping.
